CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION:
These are general rules of the structure. They can also be arranged under different conditions, but always express agreement between the parties.

SERVICES INCLUDED:
In accommodation provided for an initial complete bathroom and kitchen towels, sheets and blankets, toiletries bathroom home, a bath towel change every 3 days, linen change and cleaning once a week. The kitchenette is complete with dishes, glasses and crockery, 2 / 4 ring hob, sink and refrigerator. Also included, hairdryer, satellite TV, ADSL connection, telephone in room, alarm system and fire alarms, safe, heating and air conditioning, private parking with video surveillance. The kitchen should always be returned clean.
Free use of swimming pool from 09.00 to 19.00. (From May to September). During July and August, the pool will remain open until 23:00. Use of the pool will be banned, if they are organized private events of various kinds (will still be guaranteed a part-time use of the pool depending on the duration of the event are usually held during the weekend of Saturday or Sunday) . The tub (adults only) is open from 11.00 am to 11.30 am with the card which is issued on arrival for the opening of the gate (Ca 'Serena is not responsible in case of illness due to Prolonged exposure). Please note that all children must be accompanied by parents who are responsible for ensuring their safety and to other guests use the pool.
Free bike rental (subject to availability). We remind our guests that is not possible to have the bike for days, to allow everyone to use them.

EXCLUDED SERVICES:
The price of the apartments the breakfast is not included (there is no extra cost)
Pool towels, 2.5 euros per person. (Per change)
Final cleaning 35.00 euro flats. (The kitchen must be clean).
Use of outdoor barbecue, 5 Euros a day.
Laundry service is not expected (in walking distance there are coin-operated laundries)
Service network print / fax for a fee.

CHECK IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in from 15.00 to 18.00 Max (Any delay must be communicated. After 19.00 will be charged a fee of EUR 30 for each hour of delay, as overtime for the staff. After 22:00 am it will not be demand is possible to present more and lodging will be available the next day from 08.00 to 09.30, then the reservation will be canceled).
Check-out from 08.00 to 09.00 max.
Upon arrival, you will receive a card that will allow you to enter and exit the facility at any time, any time.

PAYMENT:
Penitential deposit on booking, 30% of the total, and balance on arrival by credit card or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the cancellation is made at least 5 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be returned to '80%, otherwise, will be retained as compensation (art. 1385 cc)

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS:
All children under 2 years stay free of charge in parent's bed (max 1 child)
Extra beds for adults and children, are charged EUR 20.00 per night and cots have a cost of 10.00 euros per night is available on request and must be confirmed by Ca 'Serena.
The sofa-bed apartments in a fee of EUR 20.00 per night (max 2 people).

PETS:
Pets are not allowed.

INTERNET:
Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free.
Wireless internet is available in certain areas of the hotel and is free (the reception area and pool area).

PARKING:
Free private parking is possible on site.
